._**Wonders Chinese Order Taking Job Description**_**Summary**:Telvista is looking for bilingual associates that can join our Call Center Customer Service Group. Your role will be assisting customers calling to make Chinese food reservations. You will be getting in on the ground floor of a new and rapidly growing operation. Training experts create an energetic and engaging environment assisting you to quickly become a dedicated customer service expert.**Excellent Salary and Benefits provided**:- Monthly base salary of $12,607.92 Brutos (increases to $14,166.40 after 3 months)- Monthly bonus of $1,700.00 Brutos (based on attendance and KPI's).- Monthly Salary TOTAL: $14,307.92 Brutos_- Full Benefits package include dental benefits, paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays!- Advanced Career Opportunities: We are a promote from within company.- Paid Training!**Benefits**:- Caja de ahorro (aplica desde el día 1 de contratación)- Póliza dental (aplica a partir de los 4 meses de antigüedad)- Descuentos en diferentes establecimientos.- Convenios con universidades- Becas escolares- Comedor con subsídio (costo 24.80, descuento vía nomina)- Vales de despensa ($140 semanales)- Servicio médico, nutriólogo, psicológico.- Estacionamiento con vigilancia,- Zona de estudios,- Biblioteca,- Área de lockers.- Transporte por el perímetro**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:- Preferred customer service experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry- Someone who is dynamic/comprehension, good listening skills, has common sense, familiar with food preparation and cooking skills- Effectively manage orders in a short time frame- Excellent Customer Service Skills- Self-motivated- Great attitude- Good comprehension skills- Team player- Flexible to work varied shifts and days off**Training Schedule**:- Whole training schedule is from 8am to 6:00pm from Tuesday through Saturday.- 1 week of product (agents learn how to use the system, procedure of the calls).- 3 weeks taking calls as part of certification.**Work Schedule**:- Full week availability and 2 weekly rotating days off as long as agent works for 9.5 for 5 days between 7:30am to 9:00pm, otherwise would be only 1 weekly rotating day off and would work 6 days a week and with an 8 hours shift.**Qualifications**:- Bilingual English & Spanish (B1 Strong or higher)- Must be able to work ONSITE/In-Office (Reliable Transportation Needed)- Excellent verbal, and written communication skills- Typing requirement 20 to 25 WPM- Ability to listen and respond while keying into automated system- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK**Onboarding Mexican Paperwork Requirements**:- All Onboarding Requirements (RFC, CURP, Social, etc..)Only 4 documents are needed- Valid ID (INE, Passport, Driver´s License, Postal ID
