We are seeking a Bilingual (English and Spanish) Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls from clients.
You will respond to client's inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve client complaints.
This role necessitates a customer-centric perspective, strong organizational skills, and exceptional communication abilities.
Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from clients with professionalism and a customer-first attitude Respond to client's inquiries, provide accurate information, and provide resolution Handle and resolve client complaints in a professional and timely manner Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and provide up-to-date information Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction scores Comply with client-specific Standard Operating Procedures in handling customer transactions Proactively keep him/herself updated with changes in Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines Comply with VirtuallyinCredible's set of guidelines in the fulfillment of daily tasks Effectively represent VirtuallyinCredible's core values to anyone within or outside of the company.
Provide data and information to the leadership team as required.
Perform additional/other services that may be required from time to time, which may or may not be related to the primary obligations stated above.
Requirements Qualifications: 2 years of experience in inbound/outbound US Telco voice accounts Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
