Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

Job Duties:

- Inbound and outbound calls.
- Enter, and modify work orders.
- Set up appointments for new/repeat customers.
- Dispatch technicians and provide support.
- Follow-up on completed service calls to assure the quality of work.
- Review invoices.
- Other administrative tasks as needed.

**Experience**:

- Customer service experience: 1 year (required)
- Dispatch: 1-year experience is a plus.
- Remote professional/VA: 1 year of experience is a plus.

Required:

- Need to have own computer & headset.
- Computer needs to have at least 8 ram.
- Internet speed minimum 30 MBPS.

Pay: $15,000.00 per month

- High school or equivalent (preferred)
