**SUMMARY**International Student Insurance has an immediate opening for a full-time International Customer Service Representative. But we are small enough to care about each team member's professional development, and to craft a career path tailored to each person's skills and desires.We are hybrid!Everyone wants flexibility to work from home sometimes - but two days in the office per week sets you up for faster growth and deeper mentorship and more quickly prepares you for future roles.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**Job responsibilities will be varied but will include:- Obtain a A1, insurance license within 90 days of being hired (don't worry, we walk you through it and prepare you well)- Communicating with international and study abroad students and the advisors at their schools- Day-to-day support of our insurance operations- A variety of other duties related to marketing and supporting our insurance clients**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor's degree preferred- Excellent communication and computer skills- Bilingual or Advanced English required. Chinese/Mandarin preferred.
