More than 20 renowned automobile manufacturers rely daily on the know-how of our 7 high-tech production plants and innovation centers, which now employ a total of over 4,500 people.**Customer Service.**- Ensure compliance with all specific client requirements, guaranteeing internal dissemination (e.G., packaging, label, ASN, portal, engineering change, etc.).- Keep orders up to date for the entire customer portfolio for each dispatch in the SAP system.- Gather information from customer portals and individually follow up on each case.- Track EDI and Call-off customer demand.- Schedule shipping windows by agreeing on schedules to meet windows on time and as agreed.
