Bilingual Customer Service Representative

You would be the point of contact for our customers.We require someone with excellent knowledge of the English language.The position requires basic to medium skills in Excel and other office programs.You will receive new orders and pass along the schedule to the production department. Sometimes you will need to negotiate the schedule on behalf of the customer or of Misung.You will be in charge of sending the Packing Lists and Invoices and communicating the delivery times to the customer.You will also need to fill out reports to ensure on-time delivery.You will also be in charge of following up and coordinating new project implementation.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: $1.00 - $2.00 per monthCOVID-19 considerations:All employees must wear a mask when in populated areas.There are hand sanitizer dispensers throughout our facilities.**Education**:- High school or equivalent (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Service: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)
