Our Customer Service Reps provide service and support for our customers from Electronics, Automotive and Mechanical metal industries, and the branch sales team with activities such as:
Expedites, order entry, credit and rebills, open order administration, quoting, forecast analysis, follow up on quotes, RMAs, Inside Sales support, between others.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Ability to work independently and with teams to:
- Satisfy customers through, among other tasks and timely processing of orders.
- Develop solid working relationships with customers and team members.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, effective and professional manner.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to meet or exceed customer expectations.

**Qualifications**:
Education and/or Experience:
- Associates degree from University (Engineering or Administrative degree); or a minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales or a combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills:
- The individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Past experience with PC based order entry in ERP systems.
English spoken.
