Vantage is headquartered in the United States (Deerfield, IL, a Chicago suburb).Since its inception in 2008, Vantage's continued growth has been realized through a combination of focused commercial efforts, significant capital investment into our manufacturing assets, strategic entry into geographic markets and niche acquisitions to develop our leading portfolio of natural-based specialty ingredients.Vantage is backed by H.I.G., a leading global alternative investment firm with $43 billion of equity capital under management with a focus on the small and midcap segments of the market, with a minority investment by The Jordan Company.Objective and ResponsibilitiesEnter the purchase orders that arrive from customers and vendors that support.Track deliveries and inventories, care and responses to customers within service agreements.Work under the guidelines established for the region and actively participate in the search for process improvement in conjunction with the Coordination.1.Enter the purchase orders received in the times defined in the service agreement2.
Carry out the entire process established during the entry of the order: Inventory review, lead-times, approvals, among others3.
Support the country and vendors in charge in all the requests they have with functional areas and post-sale processes4.
Follow up on the orders placed until their delivery.
Communicate to the client the status of orders and delivery dates or news.
**What we are looking for**:- Technologists or students from eighth semester onwards, professional career, 2 years of experience in Customer Service (negotiable).
Previouse experience with purchase orders.
