**Salary**: Ranging from USD 550-700 per month based on experience.
**Position Overview**:
Hexa PM is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our tenants and vendors, providing outstanding customer service and support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist tenants with leasing inquiries, maintenance requests, rental payments, and lease renewals.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs with vendors and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as needed.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in property management to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or property management is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping people.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.

**Working Hours**:
**40 hours per week**, as follows:
Monday to Friday: 09:30 AM to 5 PM CDT, Saturday: 09:30 AM to 3 PM CDT
