**Job Summary**We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish and English) representative to deliver world-class customer support and build customer satisfaction.
**Primary Job Responsibilities**- Receiving calls from clients.- Answer Incoming Calls customer service Lines.- Provide a high level of professional and competent service assistance.- Successfully complete and approve training and quality requirements.- Suggest products and additional services (sales focus)**Skills/Knowledge/Abilities**- Answers inbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the client and management.
Consistently achieves call quality score goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.- Open-minded, trustworthy, compliance-oriented, flexible, adaptable and team-oriented.
