The Payments Triage Specialist provides essential support to Passport Payments clients, sub-merchants, and internal teams. This role requires close collaboration with the Payments Operations, Product Management, and Engineering teams, offering proactive and reactive support to ensure seamless payment operations. The Specialist is responsible for monitoring alerts, managing tickets, and resolving client concerns while engaging in special projects such as auditing and root cause analysis (RCA).Primary Responsibilities:- Serve as a liaison for internal and external customers.- Monitor alerts and take necessary actions to prevent interruptions in payment operations. **Review tickets and internal systems to address and resolve client concerns.**:- Collaborate closely with the Payments Product Manager and Engineering team.- Participate in quality assurance (QA) testing and assist in RCA activities. Manage client alerts and notifications during outages or disruptions. **Provide direct support to customer service teams regarding payment inquiries and reporting.**Handle client inquiries related to daily deposits, reporting, and reconciliation.
