Bilingual Customer Support & Localization Specialist (Vietnamese-English)

Description We are seeking a Bilingual Vietnamese-English customer support specialist who will deliver professional and friendly service through our email and live-chat channels. This role requires a passion for helping others and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
In addition to customer support, you will be responsible for translating our product into Vietnamese. You will have access to the necessary tools to facilitate this process and will regularly translate and moderate the translations of others.
