Your professional demeanor and excellent communication skills will be key to delivering an outstanding experience for our patients and clients.
Key Responsibilities: Manage high volume inbound calls with care, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette.
Make outbound calls to the insurance department and patients for eligibility verification, prior authorizations, and billing inquiries.
Maintain a proactive, goal-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving abilities Qualifications: Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) – this is a must!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional, friendly, and motivated with a proactive approach.
High work ethics, common sense, and good overall judgment.
Experience in eligibility, benefits, and claims is a plus but NOT REQUIRED.
