Your Role :
As a Dental Call Center Agent, you will be the face of our company, handling a high volume of inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service.
Your professional demeanor and excellent communication skills will be key to delivering an outstanding experience for our patients and clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage high volume inbound calls with care, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette.
Make outbound calls to the insurance department and patients for eligibility verification, prior authorizations, and billing inquiries.
Maintain a proactive, goal-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
Qualifications :
Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) this is a must!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional, friendly, and motivated with a proactive approach.
High work ethics, common sense, and good overall judgment.
Experience in eligibility, benefits, and claims is a plus but NOT REQUIRED.
