**Financial company in the US** is seeking an organized and proactive **Executive Assistant** to support our CEO. This role involves managing communications, handling executive-level tasks, and ensuring seamless daily operations with mínimal supervision.**Key Responsibilities**:- Post-Meeting Follow-Ups: Document and track action items from meetings.- Meeting Organization: Prepare agendas, materials, and document minutes.- Household Management: Handle personal tasks like event planning and shopping.- Time Management: Optimize the CEO's calendar for efficient time use.- Business Analytics Tracking: Monitor and report on business KPIs.- Task Management: Use Notion and ClickUp to manage projects and deadlines.- SOPs: Create and update Standard Operating Procedures.- Daily Reporting: Submit end-of-day reports on tasks and plans.**Qualifications**:- 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent communication skills.- Proficiency in tools like ClickUp, Notion, and Google Workspace.- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.- Experience in SOP creation is a plus.- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.**Salary**: COP $3.800.000 entry salary**How to apply**:OrContact us: WhatsApp: +57 310 2924055Pay: From $17,362.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- In what city are you located?- What is the highest level of education you have completed?- Are you OK working under a freelancer agreement?- Do you have the proper tools to work remotely?
