First contact (trough a tool) with employeey for issues and queries resolution. Also front-desk reception management.- Relation management with mobility- Seat reservation management nd monitoring ( Meeting rooms also) for visitor- Responsible for providing effectivelogistics services during day to day operations and special events.- Also responsible for internal and external courier services- Events and meetings support- Responsible for providing the best experience a user can have in our offices.
