We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR & Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting both our HR and administrative functions. From assisting with recruitment processes to handling day-to-day office operations, this position offers a diverse range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:1. Human Resources Support:Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.Maintain employee records, including updating databases and managing personnel files.Assist in HR-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination documents.2. Administrative & Accounting Duties:Provide general administrative support to the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to documents.Updating payments & expenses reports.3.
