Deliver HR operational services support to regional HR customers and respond to inquiries related to:
- Employee / Manager self-service transactions
- Position Management
- New hires & pre-hire onboarding
- Voluntary Terminations
- General pay and benefits
- HR policy and HR portal navigation
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer requests and provide guidance to associates and managers
- Consistently execute HR processes, using case management, chat and telephony
- Provide guidance to associates and managers on self-service transactions and navigating the HR portal
- Research solutions to HR customer inquiries and escalate as needed
- Understand and be able to communicate HR policies, processes, and procedures
- Exceptional customer service, emotional intelligence and empathy -Excellent probing abilities, to identify true need from customer
- Resourcefulness and ability to find answers quickly
- Thorough with responses to inquiries and issues
- Adaptable to different customer types and situations
- Technologically savvy to improve and automate activities
- Knowledge of the full HR operations solution and intersection points
- Language expertise based on language strategy
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Experience in working with manufacturing, engineering, or sales teams.
- Experience in Workday.
