Bilingual Hr Generalist - Polanco

**Job Summary**:
The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing a variety of HR functions to ensure smooth operations within our bilingual call center. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can handle diverse HR tasks while supporting both English and Spanish-speaking employees.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment & Onboarding**:_
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- **Employee Relations**:_
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies and procedures.
- Promote a positive workplace culture.
- **Compliance & Administration**:_
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in HR, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Pay: From $13,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
