Bilingual Human Resources Analyst / Recent Graduate
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in administration, Human Resources, Psychology or similar (recent graduates or those about to graduate may be considered)
- ** Advanced English is a must.**:
- Desirable 6 months to 1 year of experience in the HR areas.
- Office Suite Management.
**Responsibilities**
- Deliver HR transactional processes that meet each function's business needs with global standardization.
- Ensures service partnership agreements (SPA's) are met for all the catalog process of the HR GBSteam.
- Deliver daily operations and services for the HR transactional services team within the Regional Global Business Services Center.
- Ensures the accuracy and completeness of end-to-end, standard processes and supporting documentation.
- Ensure that the HR records and systems comply with applicable local, regional, and international Policy, Human Rights, Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy, Employment/ Labor Laws, and all Legislative & Regulatory Standards.
