Bilingual Import And Export Specialist

will be responsible for managing all activities related to the import and export of goods. This includes logístical coordination, compliance with customs regulations, and effective communication with both domestic and international suppliers and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and supervise all import and export operations.
- Ensure compliance with local, international, and customs regulations and laws.
- Optimize logístical processes to ensure timely deliveries and reduce costs.
- Handle necessary documentation for foreign trade operations.
- Effectively communicate with clients and suppliers in English and Spanish.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in similar roles in the import/export area.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- In-depth knowledge of customs and foreign trade legislation.
- Advanced skills in MS Office and logistics management platforms.

**KPIs**:

- Average processing time for imports/exports.
- Percentage of on-time deliveries.
- Average cost per delivery.
- Error rate in documentation (goal: continuous reduction).
- Customer satisfaction level.

Pay: From $20,000.00 per month
