Job DescriptionWhat you'll do :Utilizing appropriate sales techniques to encourage a good customer relationship and enhance the buying experience.Applying customer relationship and/or sales techniques to recommend and/or sell a variety of AT&T products or services to meet customers' needs.Provide customer service & billing support, solve any issues related to a customer's account.Adding new lines or services to accounts to help customers' businesses grow.Uncover customer needs by building rapport, asking discovery questions, providing empathy statements, and restating the understanding of customers' needs beyond just the resolution of the issue.Find a personalized solution that fits each customer. Make a recommendation (rate plan, how to reduce data usage, promotion, etc.).Use your resources to ensure complete resolution.Products offered include Telephone Services, hotspots, devices that connect with a network, DIRECTV, Internet, and various systems for businesses.Type of sales : Upgrades, package changes, adding new services, plan changes.What you'll bring :Advanced English Fluency to engage with U.S. customers.Experience using a personal computer and Microsoft Office products is a must.1 year of sales experience (or excellent communication skills).Ability to train/work 5 days (40 hours during operation hours) + 2 resting days per week. Our center operates from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm CST, Monday to Saturday (considering Daylight Saving Time & Holidays).Changing the speed of business comes with many rewards starting with your paycheck. Monthly Base Salary: MXN$18,400 (before Taxes). Average monthly bonus of MXN$8,000 when you meet your sales and service targets. Monthly Grocery vouchers: MXN$1,519 every 14 days. Monthly Restaurant vouchers: MXN$1,216 every 14 days.Work From Home? This is not a Work from Home role; you will be required towork in our offices 100% of the time.How flexible is my schedule? Schedules are based on performance, seniority, and the operating hours of your site.
