**Note: This position is fully bilingual; proficiency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken at a business conversational level, is a MUST.**

If you are ready to grow in the IT technical support area, this opportunity will help you develop in the industry, gaining the experience you need to continue advancing your technical skills.

**Main Activities**:

- Provide timely support to clients.
- Follow up on assigned and incoming tickets.
- Communicate and share knowledge with the internal team.
- Track tickets to provide timely resolution and communicate with clients about any updates or issues.
- Adhere to internal escalation, security, and reporting processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues according to priority and urgency.
- Work alongside client support teams to address IT problems or projects.
- Participate in improvement projects for the IT Helpdesk teams, such as academic training courses and certifications.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience working in technical support or a similar position.
- Experience working with a ticketing system.
- Experience with Office 365.
- Customer service skills and experience.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to communicate and solve problems.
