**FUNCTIONS**:

Production planning: develop and implement detailed production plans based on demand forecasts production capacity and inventory levels.
2.
Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule production activities, ensuring timely delivery of products while Minimizes downtime and maximizes resource utilization.
3.
Demand forecasting and analysis: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to analyze market trends, customer demand and sales forecasts to adjust production plans accordingly.
4.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet demand.
Customer demand without excess stock or shortage.
5.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing and logistics, to align production plans with overall business objectives.
6.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements and cost reduction in processes production planning and scheduling.
7.
Communication: Effectively communicate production plans, schedules, and any potential problems to relevant stakeholders, ensuring a transparent and collaborative work environment.

Compliance with quality standards: guarantee that production plans align with quality standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining the commitment to deliver products of the highest quality
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Bilingual: English-Spanish (required)
- 1 years of experience in a similar position
- Advanced level of Excel
- IFS Cloud is a plus
