**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school (Mexico or USA).
Active license to practice law.
5 years of experience as an attorney, with a preference for in-house experience.
Strong understanding of international telecommunications services industry and its legal landscape.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional research and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
**RESPONSABILITIES**:
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to management and other teams within the Global Carrier organization.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Advise on corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with applicable Telco laws and regulations.
Assist in managing and resolving legal disputes.
Collaborate with external legal counsel, as needed, to address complex legal matters.
Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
Participate in due diligence activities for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
Stay informed about changes in legislation and provide proactive recommendations to mitigate legal risks.
Train employees on legal topics and ensure a strong culture of compliance within the organization.
