**Key Duties**:
- Handle client communications, including calls and scheduling.
- Support attorneys with administrative needs and manage client documentation.
- Draft, proofread, and organize essential documents with precision.
- Ensure clear and timely updates to clients regarding case progress.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Advanced English and Spanish fluency.
- Resident of Guadalajara or nearby area.
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
**Benefits and Compensation**:
- Monthly salary from 13,000 to 16,000 MXN post-tax, based on skills and experience.
