**Descripción**Certified NCLEX-RN bilingual Nurse for Customer Service.**Requierements**- **NCLEX-RN certificate (must have)**:- NCLEX-RN certified nurses with 3-5 years of recent Telephone Triage experience/ Call Center Experience- Licensure in at least one US state is required. Nurses registered in the state of Illinois are highly preferred- Demonstrates empathy and compassion while interacting with patients, understanding their concerns, and providing support.- Clinical Assessment: Skilled in handling different types of calls from patients/care givers, assessing patient symptoms and determining whether medical attention is necessary. Ability to provide guidance on self-care when appropriate.- Experience working with Electronic Medical/Health Records and documenting electronically.- Experience with various computer software, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the internet- Typing skills to prepare forms and correspondence with speed and accuracy.- Skilled in speaking English clearly and distinctly, with appropriate grammar.
