Mexican Company, certificated "Great Place to Work" in 2023, is looking for the most talented people to join us to contribute in our business.Bilingual Operations Supervisor Customer ServiceThe main purpose of this position is to supervise, monitor and provide feedback to the executive team, meet their needs and ensure compliance with the objectives requested by the business.Main Activities:Distribute the workload of your team members based on the campaign objectives and indicators.Solve staff's doubts or complaints and communicate any changes in processes.Support staff in solving problems with difficult clients, resolution of conflict situations and following up.Manage schedules, breaks and departures according to staffing, in order to ensure the platform's NPS objectives.Work together with training and education, identifying areas of opportunity for staff (continuous improvement).Developing the assigned team.Manage operational processes.Generate operational metrics reports.Promote the achievement of the campaign goals.Attend meetings with clients.Requirements and Skills:High school completed or College in process.Advanced English (Level B2 or B2+).1 year of experience in contact centers.Reporting of development.Report progress daily to Manager.Result oriented and Commitment.Teamwork.Integrity.Decision making.Effective communication.Self-control and Respect.Leadership.Hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.M. to 7:00 p.M. 2 Saturdays a month and Sundays at the end of the month.Place of work: Polanco CDMXBenefits:Base salary $17,000.00 net monthly.Benefits according to law.Social security.Vacation.Performance bonus.Vacation bonus.Life insurance.Professional growth and development plan.Excellent working environment.How to apply:Send us your CV here.#J-18808-Ljbffr
