**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**- Take calls from the hotline related to the human review process/concerns. Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, and vision of Autoliv. Strategic Context and Challenges Ensure adequate Human Review Center training support to operations, through the coordination of Operators in accordance with company policies and procedures. Serves as the main contact for Hotline calls. Deliverables Follow up on Training & Development, Coordinate Training events, and Multiskilled Assignation.Ensures coverage of time slots during peak hours of operations to meet customer demands.**Experiência y requisitos**- Core Responsibilities and activities take a call from customers for hotline call Communication with Engineering and Business Unit Leads. Ensure all operators can perform their job with basic knowledge Assist in other functions as necessary.Other duties as assigned.
