**Descripción**:**Bilingual Receptionist Administrative Assistant****Key Purpose**: To manage the overall front office activities and facilities day-to-day operations.**Key Competencies: C**ustomer Service. Pro-active.**Key Responsibilities**:- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.- Managing the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image.- Supervising the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement and housekeeping of the office.- Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations.- Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.- Assists in planning and arranging events, including organizing catering.- Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments.- Arrange travel and accommodations for internal staff.- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.- To assist Accounts with expenses, invoices, checks etc.- To assist HR with recruitment process and tracking of holiday requests.- To assist Accounts with expenses, invoices, checks etc.- Participate as needed in additional special department projects.Other:- To complete any reasonable instruction from a more senior person.- This should not be regarded as an exhaustive list of duties and the job description may be amended from time to time.**Business hours**:Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.**Salary**: $20,000 - $25,000 before taxes**Place of work**: South Insurgents, CDMX.**Requisitos**:
