Bilingual Receptionist

We are looking for a **Receptionist **to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office.**Responsibilities**:- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.- Announcing clients as necessary.- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.- Assisting Administration area with a variety of tasks including copying, taking notes, and making travel plans.- Preparing meeting and training rooms.- Answering phones and routing calls as necessary.- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.- Sorting and distributing mail.- Provide excellent customer service.- Scheduling appointments.**Receptionist Requirements**:- Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field.- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.- Consistent, professional dress, and manner.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.Work place:Polanco AreaSchedule:Monday to Friday9am to 6pm**Salary**: $12,000.00 - $18,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- What is your english level?- Where did you learn english?- The process includes a full english interview, is it okay with you?**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
