The role- Provide Customer Service for a Dental Clinic in the US- Help to schedule and confirm appointments with patientsWhat we need- Bilingual speaking agent (English and Spanish): Native level- Have great grammar and sentence construction skills- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn- Experience as a medical receptionist or in the dentistry field- Have a detail oriented mentality- Proactive work habits- Schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm**Salary**: $4,000.00 per weekAbility to commute/relocate:- 22015, Tijuana, B.C.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)- Medical receptionist or dentistry: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)- Spanish (required)Work Location: In person
