**A US staffing and recruiting industry leader is seeking a motivated Bilingual Recruiters for it's Juarez, Chihuahua Mexico Office.****Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:- Active and passive recruitment- Screen and interview potential employees- On-board and dispatch new employees- Accurately maintain employee files.- Daily CRM data entry.- Implement company culture, values, and policies**What you must have**:- Bachelors degree in Administration, Human Resources, Communications or any other in the humanities fields.- Bilingual English-Spanish (good understanding of American culture and slang).- Recruiting or HR experience preferred, but not indispensable.- Customer Service focused.- Competent with prioritizing tasks, multitasking, planning, and managing one's time effectively.- Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication.- Responsible.- Team work oriented.- Persuasive.- Pro-active.- Socially outgoing, pleasant demeanor.- Problem solving, decision making and follow-up abilities.- Analytic.- Computer (Office) and internet skills.- Social media savvy.**What we offer**:- Company PC.- Potential for growth.- Great working environment.**All applicants MUST SUBMIT THEIR RESUMES IN ENGLISH!**Pay: From $1.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Ciudad Juárez, Chih.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- We're looking for persons that have experience in the mentioned areas in humanities.
