**A US staffing and recruiting industry leader is seeking a motivated Bilingual Recruiters for it's Juarez, Chihuahua Mexico Office.****Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:- Active and passive recruitment- Screen and interview potential employees- On-board and dispatch new employees- Accurately maintain employee files.- Daily CRM data entry.- Implement company culture, values, and policies**What you must have**:- Bachelors degree in Administration, Human Resources, Communications or any other in the humanities fields.- Bilingual English-Spanish (good understanding of American culture and slang).- Recruiting or HR experience preferred, but not indispensable.
