**A US staffing and recruiting industry leader is seeking a motivated Bilingual Recruiters for it's Juarez, Chihuahua Mexico Office.
**
**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:
- Active and passive recruitment
- Screen and interview potential employees
- On-board and dispatch new employees
- Accurately maintain employee files.
- Daily CRM data entry.
- Implement company culture, values, and policies
**What you must have**:
- Bachelors degree in Administration, Human Resources, Communications or any other in the humanities fields.
- Bilingual English-Spanish (good understanding of American culture and slang).
- Recruiting or HR experience preferred, but not indispensable.
A definite plus if you know about skilled trades (trabajos de mano de obra calificada).
- Customer Service focused.
- Competent with prioritizing tasks, multitasking, planning, and managing one's time effectively.
- Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication.
- Responsible.
- Team work oriented.
- Persuasive.
