Ready to close the deal on career with global connections and even bigger rewards.**To be successful working on our Sales & Customer Service team, you'll need to**:- Utilizing appropriate sales techniques to encourage a good customer relationship and enhance the buying experience.- Provide customer service & billing support, solve any issue related with a customer´s account.- Adding new lines or services to accounts to help customer´s business grow- Uncover customer needs by building rapport, asking discovery questions, providing empathy statements, and restating the understanding of customer´s needs beyond just the resolution of the issue.- Find a personalized solution that fits each customer. Make a recommendation (rate plan, how to reduce data usage, promotion etc.). Use your resources to ensure complete resolution.- Products offered, Telephone Services, hotspots and device that connects with a network, also able to offer DIRECTV, Internet, programs and different type of systems for businesses.- Type of sales: Upgrades, package change, adding new services, plan change**Who makes a great fit for the role? There are a few must-haves**:- Advanced English Fluency to engage with U.S. customers- Experience using a personal computer and Microsoft Office products is a must- One year of customer sales experience. Customer Care experience preferred.- Ability to train/work 5 days (40 hours during operation hours) + 2 resting days per week. Our center operates from 7:00 am to 9:15 pm CST, Monday to Saturday (considering Daylight Saving Time & Holidays)- Ability to work in a hybrid model (if required by the Business), alternating in-office work and remote work, while ensuring a suitable space to work and reliable and high-speed internet connection (at least 20mbps wired connection)
