**Job Title**:Bilingual Senior Full Stack.Net Developer

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, Full Time, Weekends Off
**In-Person Employment**: Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico
**SUMMARY**
**KEY RESPONSBILITIES**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute creative software solutions.
- Manage complex data migrations, integrations, and system configurations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, meeting and exceeding their technical needs.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and guiding them technically.
**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in full stack development using.NET frameworks.
- Expertise in SQL Server, including advanced queries and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based development is desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Spanish.
- Self-motivated with a passion for technology and a commitment to ongoing learning.
**NO SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY**
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience in full stack development using.NET frameworks.
**WORK ENVIRONMENT**
Work can be performed in a hybrid setting (work in the Monterrey, Mexico office and remotely)
