And we know that unique backgrounds, experiences and perspectives help us think bigger, spark innovation and succeed together.Job overview:*This role reports directly to the JLL Latam S&P Solutions & Mobilizations and requires a multi-disciplined experience in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) to manage multiple initiatives and integrated outsourcing initiatives.*Responsibility also extends to procurement governance, vendor management and deliver contract/ Procurement strategies to achieve long term client benefits. This role requires experience in procurement and or facilities management to support the portfolio of facilities in the country and region assigned. This includes engagement with local IFM teams to execute vendor sourcing and savings projects through effective negotiation and RFP programs. Closely supporting Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Sourcing and Facilities Management teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client and the JLL global operation.***Responsibilities**:*Review client RFP documents and identify key data required to develop outsourcing packets for underwriting.*Proficient experience in sourcing processes including data collection and analysis, contracts examination, market analysis, RFP project management, bid analysis and pricing negotiations, and implementation.*Analyze supplier cost proposals, financial reports and other data to determine the reasonability of price and contractor capabilities.*Negotiate with supplier on submitted cost proposals to ensure we have accurately underwritten and documented any assumptions to our pricing.*Engage JLL Preferred Suppliers (or Clients suppliers) to seek savings glidepaths, benchmarks or an underwritten solution.*Partner with JLL Preferred Suppliers and field any Q&A's required to develop a validate proposal
