Job Summary: The Audit Support Supervisor's primary focus is to manage the support of carrier invoice audit resolution. This role is responsible for managing audit/partner audit associates that execute various audit and administrative tasks needed to complete the carrier invoice audit process. Duties and responsibilities:View and maintain select queues to ensure that invoices are being completed in an accurate and timely mannerCommunicate with carriers and customers via phone or e-mail to resolve invoice related issues, including but not limited to shipment billing, customer notification and proactive auditUses research skills to troubleshoot customer invoice problems early and mitigate risk by proactively acting, sometimes with limited information or directionProvide training, direction and problem resolution associated with invoicing and disputesEstablish and maintain carrier, customer and internal cross departmental relationshipsCommunicates with leadership on team success, opportunities and provides guidance to management to continuously develop more efficient processesManage team HR related tasks (timecards, PTO, reviews, disciplinary actions etc.)Other duties may be assigned as needed.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredResumes must be submitted in EnglishBi-lingual English/SpanishLTL logistics experience requiredPrevious Billing, Audit or Customer Service experience requiredPrevious managerial experience requiredMust be detail-orientedMust have excellent communication skills, written and verbalKnowledge of database software; internet software;TMS and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, volume and densityAbility to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations#J-18808-Ljbffr
