Bilingual Technical Support Engineer

Working with customers/colleagues to identify and solve technical problems.Logging and keeping records of customer/colleague queries and issues in our internal ticketing system.Analyzing internal logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems.Updating help center documents so customers/colleaguescan try to fix problems themselves.Providing detailed training for new users.Working alongside the engineering team to identify and replicate bugs as well as test bug fixes.Conducting thorough analysis of customer accounts to identify areas of improvement.Providing detailed training for new users.Providing pre-sale support for new prospectsTesting compatibility of new camera systems with CalipsaSkills requirements:
Tech savvy and willing to learn about the softwareFriendly, approachable and willing to help our customersAbility to act calmly under pressurevideo surveillance or access control, telecommunication, cloud software, enterprise hardware support, IT helpdesk/service deskExperience working in environments using the KCS Methodology Qualifications2 years' of technical support experienceEngineer in Telecom or Electronics or in Computer Information Systems, System Administration, Computer Science or equivalent. Certifications such as, but not limited to:
CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MTA, LFS, MCSE, CompTIA AEnglish fluency is a mustCustomer service orientedStrong written and verbal and troubleshooting skillsExcellent verbal and written English and Spanish communication (professional working efficiency and above)
