Bilingual Virtual Assistant For Law Firms

We look for Bilingual Virtual Assistants to work with U.S law firms.
That can provide support to their daily operations.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Schedule appointments with potential clients for a Case assessment.
- Communicate with clients through SMS, E-mails, and phone calls.
- Qualify prospective clients for (Law Firm) through interviews over the phone.
- Manage paperwork necessary including documents retrieval, signing, and filing forms.
- Data Entry.
- Administrative assistance
- Calling Incoming Leads
- Lead Intake and Screening

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills (English & Spanish)
- Great Time Management
- BPO experience is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and G-suite.
**What we offer**
- Starting hourly rate of $5-$7/hour (Based on skills and Experience)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Pay: $102.00 - $143.00 per hour
