**Job Responsibilities/Duties (But Not Limited To)**:
- Leveraging AI (Artificial Intelligence) you track live food orders at restaurants
- Communicate with the team to report situations, issues, orders and provide product feedback
- Learning, understanding, and adapting to updates in a fast moving environment
**Job Skills Required (But Not Limited To)**:
- Strong listening skills and able to follow instructions very well
- English speaking (also looking for Spanish speakers)
- Excellent communication skills (Ie. asks questions when unsure)
- High attention to detail
- Able to think quickly on their feet -great listening skills.
- Remains calm under pressure
- Takes initiative
- Fast on the computer, type 60+ words/minute
**Relevant and Preferred Experience In**:
- Fast Food or Quick Service Restaurant
- Data Entry
- Video Games
- Customer Service/Call Center
**Competencies**:
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding Customer Service skills (continuously demonstrates professionalism, empathy, accountability, accuracy, and thoroughness)
- Exceptional listening and communication skills.
- Proficiency in the use of desktop computers
- Demonstrable English proficiency skills (Written/Reading/Speaking)
- Works well in a team environment
