**Job Details****How are you going to do it?**Provide same-day billing with 95% goal at the end of the month.Provide daily billing for service callsAnalyze customer account and request adjustments if needed.Attend internal and external customer request less than 24 Hrs.Responsible for running daily and weekly real time reports to be reviewed with department Supervisor.Attend internal and external customer meetings.Month end activities.Miscellaneous as required.**Requirements**:- Bachelor Degree required.- Full time availability.- Teamwork Skills.- Able to work under pressure.- Proactive problem resolution.- 1 year experience in billing.- Fluent English reading, writing speaking (Business needed).- Johnson Controls does not request pregnancy or HIV testing as a requirement for admission, permanence or promotion_
