Inter-Con employs over 35,000 security officer personnel world-wide, trained and managed by a team of professionals with unsurpassed military, law enforcement, and security experience.**Primary Responsibilities**- **Invoice review**:Conduct high-level reviews of invoices in Salesforce, ensuring billing instructions are accurate and processes are followed. Provide backup support with documentation.- **Aging management**:Oversee timely collections and follow-ups, maintaining clear collection notes on assigned accounts.- **Escalation management**:Resolve escalated issues, including invoice reviews, special projects, and customer inquiries.- **Reporting and analysis**:Generate and review Salesforce reports, create Pivot Tables - VLOOKUP's, Macros and present insights to executives and customers.- **Department Reporting**:Prepare and update reports for both Billing and Accounting.- **Training and Development**:Provide technical and accounting training to improve team performance.**Qualifications**:- **Advanced Excel & Reporting**:Expertise in Excel and report writing is essential.- **Leadership**:At least one year in a leadership role with proven team management skills.- **Organization & Detail**:Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.- **Communication**:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interact with all levels, including senior management.- **Salesforce Experience**:Preferred experience with Salesforce.- **Teamwork & Independence**:Capable of working collaboratively or independently as required.- **Education**:BA/BS in Finance, Business, or Accounting preferred.- Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is an affirmative action employer who provides equal emloyment opportunities to minorities, females, veterans, and disabled individuals, as well as other protected groups._Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- 11320, Ciudad de México, CDMX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- leadership: 1 year (required)- Billing and Accounting: 3 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
