**Overview**

**Primary Responsibilities**
- **Invoice review**:Conduct high-level reviews of invoices in Salesforce, ensuring billing instructions are accurate and processes are followed. Provide backup support with documentation.
- **Aging management**:Oversee timely collections and follow-ups, maintaining clear collection notes on assigned accounts.
- **Escalation management**:Resolve escalated issues, including invoice reviews, special projects, and customer inquiries.
- **Reporting and analysis**:Generate and review Salesforce reports, create Pivot Tables - VLOOKUP's, Macros and present insights to executives and customers.
- **Department Reporting**:Prepare and update reports for both Billing and Accounting.
- **Training and Development**:Provide technical and accounting training to improve team performance.
**Qualifications**:
- **Advanced Excel & Reporting**:Expertise in Excel and report writing is essential.
- **Leadership**:At least one year in a leadership role with proven team management skills.
- **Organization & Detail**:Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
- **Communication**:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interact with all levels, including senior management.
- **Salesforce Experience**:Preferred experience with Salesforce.
- **Teamwork & Independence**:Capable of working collaboratively or independently as required.
- **Education**:BA/BS in Finance, Business, or Accounting preferred.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
