While Monks may contact potential candidates via LinkedIn, all applications must be submitted through our official website (monks.Com/careers).Responsible for managing and optimizing the billing process and accounts receivable collection, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with the company's financial policies.Responsibilities:Generate and send invoices to clients according to agreed terms.Monitor and manage accounts receivable, following up on pending payments.Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with customers.Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.Analyze accounts receivable data to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with other departments to optimize the billing process.Provide regular accounts receivable reports to management.Manage customer relationships, offering excellent customer service.Comply with regulatory and audit requirements in handling accounts.Requirements:Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum of 2+ years of experience in billing and accounts receivable.Advanced English, both oral and written.Knowledge of Excel or accounting and billing management software.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Analysis and problem-solving skills.Organization and time management skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines.About MonksMonks is the global, purely digital, unitary operating brand of S4Capital plc.
