What will you be doing?
Customers' financial relationship - USA.
Collections - monitor and follow up on the accounts receivable and keep track of the portfolio – USA.
Knowledge of the Mexican and USA payroll processes.
Invoice promptly and analyze and manage the historical information related to invoicing – USA.
Provide accurate information for financial and accounting analysis - USA and México.
Review and validate the billing and collections with different departments in the USA and México.
Continuous improvement in software processes used in AR – USA and México.
Collaborate with different departments about general processes that affect in an indirect way to Accounts Receivable - USA and México.
Maintain Operations and Billing processes aligned for correct customer billing - USA and México.

Requirements
Who you are:
Fluent English Skills
Ability to multi-task and perform several duties at one time
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, employees, and management
Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
Must be proficient with Web software and familiar with Microsoft Office products – including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
