The primary focus is billing; you will ensure that all customer billing for Jellyfish clients is performed on time and across all entities.As a Billing Manager, you will deliver a first-class billing service to Jellyfish clients, coordinating and assisting with the development of the team.Responsibilities:Support the development of the billing goals for Jellyfish.Ensure efficient billing processes across Jellyfish.Review/validate our billing platform for Jellyfish legal entities/regions or clients/products to ensure accuracy and adherence to client expectations.Where required, process sales invoices for assigned legal entities/regions or clients/products.Demonstrate awareness of billing rules and be prepared.Support the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams with cost of sale reconciliations, ensuring all costs of sales are correctly recorded.Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the revenue operations process.Qualifications3+ years of billing experience.Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.Proficiency in billing management/operations.Knowledge of revenue recognition, accounting standards, and accounts receivable/payable procedures.Familiarity with the marketing, digital, or media industry and its services.Note: We emphasize skills, expertise, and behavioral attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
