This takes hard work and innovation, and we need more like-minded people on our team.We are looking for a Billing Manager who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.The billing manager is a key role in achieving growth objectives by communicating with other areas to solve any re-billing, dispute, special process or billing change, that may affect customer relation.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform any special processes required by customer, monthly invoice and quality processPeople Leadership: Hires, develops, and directs team members to maximize individual and team performanceContinue Improvement in billing tool or new process implementationSupport the resolution of billing questions and issues to maintain the accounts receivables in accordance with the company policiesEducation and ExperienceEngineering or Bachelor´s Degree: Administrative or Financial branch, or related.Experience of at least 5 years on accounts receivables, customer care, billing, or accounts payables.Team management of +5 members: required.Fluent English speaking and writing.- Knowledge and CompetenciesCreative, dynamic and flexibleAbility to keep focus on results and improvement of processes, as well as change management.Organization, prioritization, and follow-up.Great communication, decision making and negotiation skills.Customer service oriented.Basic SAT Regulations knowledge.Data analytics.Advanced MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills.Desirable SAP Hanna or BRIM knowledgeWhat's in it for You
