**Evening Shift: 2pm to 10 pm and 12 pm to 8 pm (alternate weekends) ** Job Duties: Coordinate with drivers to ensure all load delivery paperwork is collected on timeReview and validate invoices by checking payment authorization, corporate policies and compliance of documentation requirementsAudit invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness of paperwork / rate agreementsWork with Dispatch and various outside providers to resolve billing issues.Provide weekly feedback to management via progress reportsFollow-up on outstanding invoices and collect all paymentsMonitor customer account details for non-payment, delayed payments and other irregularities and update payments / reconciliation in QuickBooks.Investigate delinquent receivables accounts by communicating with customers via email and phone.Requirements: Minimum of at least 6 months of billing experienceExperience in transportation companies is desirable.Extensive experience with collection of payments and billing customersBusiness Administration Degree; or Completion of a college programCourses in bookkeeping, accounting or a related subject is requiredStrong interpersonal and communication skills, including conflict resolutionFluency in both Spanish and English is a mustHealthcare Benefit PackageSaving fundsFood couponsPerformance bonusChristmas Bonus + Christmas Loyalty BonusIn Charger Logistics we care about giving equal opportunities to each candidate and employee, we consider qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital or family status, medical condition, or disability.
